Welsh soccer player Aaron Ramsey has raised the reward for details regarding his missing canine Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.

The former Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state zone.

Halo, who went missing on 9 October, was equipped with a tracking device, and the footballer published a exact coordinates of her last known location.

"Any sort of updates about our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Significant bounty for locating her. We are all wishing she is unharmed and can be back with us soon," the athlete posted on Instagram.

Earlier Offer and Heartfelt Appeals

The footballer first revealed that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has subsequently uploaded numerous photos of the cherished dog on Instagram.

A $ten thousand dollar reward was originally offered, but with absence of information on Halo's whereabouts after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the sum.

"We just want our pet back," he stated in a further request on his online platforms after the decade-old pet went missing.

The most recent image share is a grayscale photo of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the bend of Ramsey's arm, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you once more Halo."

Family's Worries and Background

The footballer has also circulated a note from his spouse Colleen on social media mentioning they have some "pressing concerns" surrounding the incident and fear the family "might not receive explanations".

"We still are still searching for Halo. I fear we ever will," the spouse's update expressed.

The Welsh captain became part of Mexican top-flight team Pumas UNAM in recent months and had his debut in Liga MX in the eighth month.
